All referrals to Family Promise of Greater Orlando come through the Central Florida Coordinated Entry System. The best way to get into our program, or a local program, is to call the United Way’s 2-1-1 phone number and complete a Needs Assessment.

The entire family does not need to be present; only the head of the household.

If available, please bring these documents:

  • Valid identification (driver’s license, state ID, passport, etc.) for all adults
  • Social security card for all adults
  • Birth certificates for all children
